Dear Reader,
I just signed up at Hub Pages today and it is very interesting. First off, I just wanted to speak a bit on all the atheism that I see going on. Never before has the word of God been under so much attack. All things in our current culture seem to be backwards. Evil is considered to be good and all things good are deemed evil. For those of you who do not understand, this is an indication of the last days written about in the Bible.
The little book spoken of by Daniel the prophet has been opened. When Daniel transcribed the words spoken by God thousands of years ago, he was told to seal up the little book until the time of the end. We are in that time. With the advent of the Internet, never before has information been able to flow so freely and in abundance. With all the positive aspects that it brings such as efficiency and instant answers, it also has fueled the prevalent secularism that we now see.
It has been said that if you do not believe in God, you will believe in anything. For example, the very thing you exhale, carbon dioxide, is now considered a pollutant. The other side of the coin doesn't seem to get as much play. That is that plants use the CO2 to stay alive and to create more oxygen for humans and other organisms to live off of. Only someone with a twisted moral compass and worldview would believe that the car they drive will be able to save the planet.
How vain must we be to think that we can distroy the planet when we had no hand in its creation? We often think very highly of ourselves with regard to the things that we build, scientific theories we engineer and social/political policies we approve of. Our ego tells us that we are in charge of our own destiny. However, none of us know if we will be here tomorrow, as we live in a fragile body. Once we become born again, the true questions become clear and the purpose of life comes into focus. God Bless.

Firstly, welcome to hubpages. Secondly, I must agree with many things that you have noted. I believe that science is a wonderful thing. I think of it as the study of God's amazing work. Many people take for granted the scientific advances and like to use bits and pieces here and there to try and disprove God's work. Pay no mind to those people. The one's out there pounding the pavement to prove God wrong are just spinning their wheels. True scientists want to find only the truth. Their intention is not to disprove God, as I find that to be impossible anyways, but to prove how everything works.
I have trouble believing that a person who studies how the universe works could deny some kind of intelligent design in favor of a random occurence of events. There is nothing accidental, even a snowflake follows a mathematical formula. I've read, and spoken to many scientists whose studies have lead them from atheism to believing in God, just because the system works so harmoniously.
Unfortunately, many people are just headline readers. They grab the latest scientific trendy news, they get a barebones understanding of it, then they hold it up and proudly proclaim "THESE ARE MY VIEWS, MY THOUGHTS, AND MY OPINIONS!" Not to say only Atheists fall into this trap. There are many so called Christians that state they are Christians but they are what I'd refer to as Sunday Christians.
Either way, we can both agree that even out Prophetic God warned us that we would be judged and persecuted in his name. Luckily our current persecution is just some internet and television slander. I imagine it will get worse. In the end, we will be rewarded.

I agree as well. It's funny though, that science has been trying for many, many years to disprove the existence of God, and the only thing so far that they've achieved is to prove his existence. The evidence for His design is absoutely overwhelming, but remember that the Bible tells us that Satan goes out to decieve the "whole" world, so it's no wonder that he uses the Internet as one of his primary tools, as it reaches the whole world. One thing I know for an ABSOLUTE CERTAINTY, is that Jesus IS coming back and the scoffers will be silenced! Good job brother, keep writing!
